Blazr ‘420 Beach Trip’ Contest Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The ‘420 Beach Trip’ Contest Giveaway (the “Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Gifted Group LLC, also known as Blazr. By entering this Contest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. To be eligible to win, entrants must be 21 years of age or older. Employees and affiliates of Gifted Group LLC, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on October 1st 2023 and ends at 4:20pm CST on November 27th (the “Contest Period”). The winner will be randomly selected on December 4, 2023. The Contest Period is subject to change.
3. Prize Details: The prize for this Contest is a 4-day getaway for two people to the RoMarley Beach House in Puerto Morelos, Mexico, including accommodations at The Fives Oceanfront Puerto Morelos. Airfare or Travel is not included. The prize also includes access to the beach club facilities and an incredible musical experience. Additionally, there is a chance to include $1,000 in spending money for the trip if the winner shares the Contest on their social profile.
4. Entry Requirements: No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Contest. To enter, participants must visit the Contest page on https://winstuff.club/ro-marley-beach-house/ and follow the provided instructions for entry. Only one entry per person is allowed.
5. Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by November 27th 2023 to be eligible for consideration.
6. Winner Selection: The winner of the Contest will be selected at random on December 4, 2023, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes and Fees: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize, including but not limited to income tax. The prize may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
8. Venue Details: RoMarley Beach House is an exclusive beach club located in Puerto Morelos, Mexico, hosted by The Fives Oceanfront Puerto Morelos. The Fives Oceanfront Puerto Morelos is a luxury coastal retreat known for its sensory experiences and services.
9. About the Sponsors: Gifted Group LLC, also known as Blazr, is the world’s leading social network and dating app for cannabis-friendly individuals.
10. Disqualification Criteria: Participants will be disqualified if they submit multiple entries, incomplete entries, or entries from ineligible individuals.
11. Liability Disclaimer: The organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred as a result of participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
12. Privacy Policy: Participant data will be used, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada.
14. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on the Contest page on blazr.app on December 4, 2023.
15. Modification and Termination: The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without notice.
