ONLINE PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, regularly scheduled maintenance, force majeure (including, but not limited to, weather events, war, ‘acts of God’, terrorist attacks), or other unforeseen problems, the Administrator may (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway, or (b) terminate the Giveaway and, at its discretion, select a winner from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

12. DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Administrator, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.
